Moss and Justus arrest
Two men, including a Cocke County resident have been arrested in connection with the November 13 robbery of the EZ Stop on Dolly Parton Parkway in Sevierville. Dustin Wade Moss, 21, Yellow Breeches Road, Cosby, and Richard Trace Justus, 20 Nuns Cove Road, Sevierville, are charged with aggravated burglary The alarm of the holdup was received at approximately 1:51 am, according to Sevierville Officer Edward Diggs. An EZ Stop employee reported that two men entered the store and demanded money. Justus allegedly brandished a knife, the employee complied and the two men left the store with an undisclosed amount of money. No one was injured in the incident.
