Flynn arrest
A man wanted in connection with a traffic accident with injuries in July, 2015 was arrested Thursday by Deputy David Moriarty. Tanner K. Flynn, 20, Rocky Flats Road, Cosby, was a passenger in a vehicle stopped on Cosby Cut-Off Road. On July 22, 2015, Flynn was allegedly operating a vehicle on South Highway 32 when he wrecked his car, injuring a passenger , Macy Johnson. Flynn allegedly admitted to smoking marijuana prior to the crash and a blood draw showed marijuana and Nordiazapam . The warrant charging Flynn with DUI was obtained in December, 2015, by Trooper Erik Raines.
