More indictments returned on Tuesday On Tuesday a Cocke County Grand Jury continued to hear cases, returning 14 indictments and 46 sealed presentments. William Orville Anders, 44, Four Oaks Way, White Pine, is charged with sexual battery by an authority figure, three counts statutory rape by an authority figure, solicitation of a minor and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. The victim allegedly was between 13 and 18 years of age. Anders also allegedly solicited a law enforcement officer who posed as a minor. Two persons are indicted on aggravated assault charges. Orville Black, 49, Highway 107, Del Rio, in December allegedly attacked Shaun Sparks with a knife, while in a parking lot on West Broadway. Lessa Morris, 52, Old 15th. Road, Del Rio, allegedly caused body injury to Mary France with a baseball bat, in July of last year.
