Dillon Evans, 23, New Cave Church Road, was in court for an initial appearance on charges of aggravated burglary, theft over $1,000,vandalism over $1,000 and possession of drug paraphernalia. But when he became disruptive, Bailiff Tommy Crumb escorted Evans back to the jail.
