Cocke Circuit Court pleas A Cocke County woman who was charged in two robbery incidents, Tuesday pleaded guilty in Circuit Court and will attend a drug rehab facility. Heather Nicole Foust, 39, Rocky Flats Road, Cosby, allegedly approached Kristy Timmons of Newport, as she walked to her car in the Walmart parking lot at 1:50 a.m.in May of this year. Foust told Timmons that her auto had been hit. She demanded that Timmons exit her car "or a male in another car would shoot and kill her." Then Foust grabbed Timmons' purse, and then grabbed her throat. Then less than 30 minutes later, Foust walked into the Kenjo Market on the Cosby Road, and demanded that she be given money from the cash register as well as a pack of cigarettes. Foust also told the clerk if she calls the police, a man across the street with a gun, will kill her. . Foust was given a six year term on community corrections,and will have no contact with the victims after she told Judge Ben Hooper she is guilty of robbery, attempted kidnapping, attempted robbery, aggravated assault, resisting arrest, theft, and disorderly conduct. She also will attend a drug rehab facility. William Curtis "Billy" Johnson, Jr.,39, Old Parrottsville Highway, Parrottsville, pleaded guilty to sexual battery of a child over the age of 14. He was given a six year sentence, suspended to time served and the balance on probation. He will register as a sex offender, be under community supervision and be under a restraining order as to the victim for life. Johnson was originally charged with rape of a child with the incidents stretching over a number of years and ending in 2014. Investigators said the victim was nine years-old when the alleged violations began.
