Big Creek Expedition fire Cocke County firefighters along with the Grassy Fork Volunteer Fire Department responded to a whitewater rafting outpost just before midnight Monday. Cocke County Deputy Joey Owings said the Big Creek Expedition offices and storage area on Old Hartford Roade was destroyed by the flames. The metal and frame structure owned by Jonathan Henry Feldnerman contained rafts and merchandise.
