Rodriguez arrest A Glendale Road, Bybee man was arrested over the weekend by Cocke County Deputy Aaron Loveday, on outstanding charges stemming from a February incident. Randall Rodriguez, 35, was the object of a traffic stop Friday night by Constable Nathan White on Talley Hollow Road. On February 21, Deputy Joseph Owings says he found Barbara Louise Black sitting on the side of the road, crying and upset. She reported that Rodriguez had choked her, leaving marks on her neck. When Black retrieved her phone to call for assistance, she says Rodriguez shot it with his pistol, making it inoperable. At the scene of the February incident, officers found the area littered with shell casings. Further investigation revealed that the subject had been convicted of a felony in Fort Worth, Texas in 2002. Now Rodriguez is charged with Aggravated Domestic Assault, Felon in Possession of a Firearm and Interference with Emergency Calls
