Charges in child's death
District Attorney General Jimmy Dunn has announced the Monday indictment of a couple who's two year-old child died after being left in their car over nite on July 14. Anthony Phillips, 26 and Jade Phillips, 24, are charged with; first-degree murder committed in perpetration of aggravated neglect of a child under the age of eight, first degree murder of a child under the age of eight in the perpetration of aggravated child abuse, aggravated child neglect and aggravated child abuse.The couple was arrested at their home in Westmoreland, TN. and at last report were being held on $250,000 bonds each.
