Cushman facing charges Assault charges are pending against a Cocke County jail inmate who allegedly threw a cup of urine on a corrections officer. According to Cocke County deputy Wesley Ensley, Corrections Officer Donovan Lambert was escorting an inmate from the jail when David Cushman, 48, Pigeon Forge threw the urine from his cell. Deputy Ensley said the urine struck Officer Lambert on his neck and back. A subsequent test of the liquid confirmed it was urine.
