Duncan/Terry arrests
Two men have been arrested in connection with stolen items that were pawned at C & C Pawn Shop in Newport. Forest Clevenger, operator of the pawn said two guitars were pawned to him by Benny Duncan Jr., 37, no address given. Duncan was arrested by another law enforcement agency and the guitars valued at a total of $1,150 have been returned to their rightful owner. In addition, Jeffrey Ray Terry, 38, no address given, has been charged in the theft of a Kubota tractor, John Deere Gator and a zero-turn mower. The items valued at a total of $11,000 also had been pawned at the shop. Terry was arrested by another law enforcement agency.
