Early voting is continuing
Cocke County Election Administrator Josh Blanchard says a total of 2,492 total Early Voters cast ballots in the first week of early voting. Only four more days left in early voting which continues through Thursday. Today through Wednesday the polls at the election commission office in the courthouse annex will be open 8:30 till 5, and on Thursday the polls will be open 8:30 till 6. On election day, May 1, the polls will be open 9 am till 8 pm. Your NewsSource will have election coverage beginning at 7:30 pm election day. I will be joined by Democrat Bill Shults and Republican Linda Branam as the NewsSource looks at the election, the candidates and the results.
