Meth, heroin and firearms indcitment
Federal authorities have unsealed an indictment returned by a grand jury in US District Court in Greeneville which charges 20 individuals in a drug distribution and firearms conspiracy centered in Cocke County, from July, 2015 through February of this year. The 41 count indictment details charges which include distribution of methamphetamine in excess of 50 grams, possession of heroin and possession of illegal and altered firearms. The conspiracy was allegedly headed up by Thomas Lynn Martin, Jr., aka Dax, 46, Old Cave Church Road, Newport and Pamela Puckett, aka MOM, 38, Buford, Georgia. Others named in the conspiracy are; Timmy Marvin Seay, 44, Robert E Lee Drive, Newport; Caleb Speir, 20, Old Highway 32, Newport and Kevin Burgess Morris, 36, Collins Street, Newport. Those named but without ages and addresses are; Christopher Wayne Best; Candice Dene Wilson-Denton; Wesley Robert Hance; Lloyd Neal Justice; Felicia Leigh Ashley; Shannon Dustin Rice; Corey James Truman; Joseph Euil Sexton; Kristen Raelyn Heck; Brandon Lee Alexander; Matthew Darrell Lane; Christopher Michael Parks; Lindsey Anne Wolfe; Andrew Steven Hance and Keith Alan Long.
