Arrested by Newport Patrol Officer Jordan Douglas are; Logan Daniel Black, 22, and Christopher Joe Toby, 40, both of Fourth Street, Newport, and Breanna Marie Lindsey, 24, Blue Mill Road, Del Rio. Black was in possession of methamphetamine, and drug paraphernalia. Toby was wanted for a probation violation and was in possession of Suboxone and $658 in cash.
