Pet Milk Park arrests
Three persons were arrested Saturday, including a woman with her 21 month-old daughter, following reports of a drug deal at the Pet Milk Park on Lincoln Avenue in Newport. Arrested by Newport Patrol Officer Jordan Douglas are; Logan Daniel Black, 22, and Christopher Joe Toby, 40, both of Fourth Street, Newport, and Breanna Marie Lindsey, 24, Blue Mill Road, Del Rio. Black was in possession of methamphetamine, and drug paraphernalia. Toby was wanted for a probation violation and was in possession of Suboxone and $658 in cash. Lindsey with her child, was in possession of methamphetamine. She admitted to going to a known drug house, “placing her daughter in danger by exposing her to methamphetamine and drug trafficking,” according to Newport Captain Amy Gentry. Toby's money was seized along with Lindsey's cell phone, which will be the object of a search warrant. The three suspects are charged with drug offenses as well as Conspiracy to Sell Narcotics. And Lindsey is charged additionally with Child Endangerment.
