Litter charge A Morristown man faces a littering charge after Cocke County Sheriff Armando Fontes reported he found trash on Douglas Lake while fishing with his son on Sunday. The sheriff said after he came upon the large pile of trash on the lake bottoms, he found mail addressed to Samuel Andrew Strange, Bluebird Circle, Morristown and other family members, in the litter. Deputy Sgt. Chris Barnes located Strange on Monday and served him with a citation charging him with aggravated criminal littering. Strange reportedly told the officer he had paid a Kenneth Windsor to dispose of his trash
