Ingle arrest
A Greene County woman now faces charges in a 2017 car crash that claimed the life of her daughter. A Greene County grand jury indicted Summer Dawn Ingle, 28 of Afton, this week for vehicular homicide. Ingle was allegedly under the influence when she crashed her Honda CRV on Warrensburg Road in October 2017. The crash took the life of her three-year-old daughter Autumn. The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation says Ingle tested positive for amphetamine, methamphetamine, and alprazolam .
