Cocke County fire Firefighters from three agencies Thursday night responded to a blaze in Del Rio which destroyed a three apartment building on South Highway 107. Cocke County Firefighter Steven Payne said the 10 pm blaze destroyed the structure owned by Fred Pack. He said the roof on the unoccupied structure collapsed soon after the fire was discovered. The Del Rio and Parrottsville Volunteer Fire Departments assisted in fighting the blaze. The cause of the $31,800 fire has not been determined.
