Jimmy Dunn recognized by Congressman Roe On November 7, James “Jimmy” B. Dunn, District Attorney General for the Fourth Judicial District was presented with a flag honoring his service by the Honorable Phil Roe, United States Representative. The flag presented to General Dunn was flown over the United States Capitol at the request of Congressman Roe to honor General Dunn’s dedication and service to our nation in the United States Army and his service to the State of Tennessee as a State Trooper, Assistant District Attorney, and as District Attorney General of the Fourth Judicial District. “I am very grateful to receive this honor and I am proud to serve the State of Tennessee and the citizens of the Fourth District,” stated General Dunn. "We want to thank Congressman Phil Roe, who represents the First District of Tennessee, for his work in Washington on our behalf."
