Walters State registration
Registration for the spring semester is under way at Walters State Community College. Classes begin on Jan. 21. Walters State offers courses in over 150 programs of study and awards associate degrees in science and arts for students transferring to four-year universities. The college also grants associate of applied science degrees and technical certificates for students who plan to enter the workforce immediately after attending Walters State. Classes are offered in Morristown, Greeneville, Sevierville and Tazewell. Many classes are offered completely or partially online, ranging from basic writing to western civilization. High school students can get a jump start on college through dual enrollment courses. New students should contact the Admissions Office at 423.585.2685 ext. 6 for assistance.
