Boling arrest
A man being sought by Jefferson County authorities on a charge of attempted voluntary manslaughter has been captured. Ronald Todd Boling, 33, of Washburn was allegedly involved in a Saturday incident at a residence on West Highway 11E ,in the Strawberry Plains community of Jefferson County. Officers responded initially to reports that the victim, a 36 year-old white male, may have overdosed. But the unidentified victim later was found to have been severely assaulted. He currently is in critical condition at the UT Medical Center in Knoxville. Boling was captured Tuesday evening in Hancock County following a pursuit by the Tennessee Highway Patrol and the Hancock County Sheriff"s Office.
