A Cocke County woman who left a black bag at the Newport Walmart self check-out counter on Wednesday now faces numerous charges. Newport Sgt. Derek Wright says video surveillance shows Johanna Marshburn, 33, Clear Creek Road, Parrottsville, leaving the bag behind after she had checked out her purchase. A clerk found the bag and upon checking it found methamphetamine, marijuana, gabapentin, oxycodone, diazepam, clonazepam, plus numerous legend pills. In addition, the bag contained a needle, two glass pipes and a grinder. Now Marshburn faces eight drug related charges.
