Newport police are investigating the recent hack of computers at Newport Grammar School. SRO Sgt. Justin Vinson said an Ipad and desktop computers had alerts activated. At least one of the computers had an access code activated, locking personnel from their computer. IT Chris Helms was able to access the computer and in turn received a message; "Greetings from Russia". Another message was received; "Gotcha, it's me again", and another message said, "Yo! I have your files, you didn't know I could do this. Text me", and the message also provided a phone number for contact.
