The search continues for Evelyn Boswell The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation continues to work alongside the Sullivan County Sheriff’s Office and the Federal Bureau of Investigation to locate and recover 15-month-old Evelyn Mae Boswell. Evelyn has blonde hair, blue eyes, stands 2’0″, and weighs approximately 28 pounds. She was entered as a missing child on Tuesday, February 18th, 2020, but was reportedly last seen on December 26th, 2019. On Tuesday, the Sullivan County Sheriff’s Office charged the child's mother, Megan Boswell with one count of False Reporting. She is being held on a $25,000 bond. The TBI says it is trying to determine why it took so long for Evelyn to be reported missing. The agency says "This is a complicated case, and we aren’t in a position to talk about everything we know about the case publicly." The Amber alert remains in effect.
