Jefferson child rape charges Jefferson County authorities have arrested a Pigeon Forge man on child rape charges. Investigators with the Criminal Investigation Division arrested David Ryan Nelson, 48, Golf Road, Pigeon Forge on two counts of Child Rape and two counts of Sexual Battery by an Authority Figure. He is being held in the Jefferson County Detention Center on a $250,000.00 bond. Individuals with information regarding the case should contact Detective Sgt. Amy Gentry at (865) 397-9411 ext 1105.
