Traffic stop yields drug arrest Late Sunday Cocke County deputies were conducting a traffic stop on Cosby Hwy when a second vehicle failed to yield to the officers' emergency vehicles...nearly strikiung one of the deputies. A traffic stop was initiated on that second vehicle. Deputy Dylan Norton found 39 year old Samantha Herbstritt behind the wheel with slurred speech and acting nervously. Upon consent her vehicle was searched and numerous prescription drugs were found in her possession without a prescription. She was arrested on several charges of possessing prescription drugs without a prescription.
