Boat accident victim ID'd
65 year old Billy Ray Martin of Pikeville Kentucky has been identified as the man killed in a boating accident on Saturday April 24th on Douglas Lake. The bass boat Martin was operating collided with another bass boat operated by Chris Sexton of Corryton, TN. Those two and two passengers on the boats were all launched into the water upon impact of the boats. Martin died on the scene Saturday morning. All four men were wearing lifejackets. That accident remains under investigation.
