Drug roundup continues Newport and Cocke County authorities are continuing a round up of residents named on sealed presentments returned last week by a Cocke County Grand Jury. Newport authorities were joined by agents with the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation in arresting two women at a residence on Overlook Way, Newport. Leigh Hembree, 54 is charged with the sale and delivery of schedule II drugs in a school zone, and Jessica Ledford, 30 is charged with the sale and delivery of schedule II drugs. Cocke County authorities arrested Matthew Lane, 30, Shelton Road, Newport for the sale and delivery of a schedule II drug, and Derrick Lynn Price, 33, River Street, Newport is charged with the sale and delivery of oxycodone.
