Tressler arrest
A Newport man indicted Monday by a Cocke County Grand Jury was taken into custody later in the day by Newport Patrol Officer Mike Robey. Samuel Tressler, Jr., 30, Amanda Circle, is charged with nine counts of TennCare fraud on a sealed presentment. The case was investigated by Agent Chad Holman of the Tennessee Office of Inspector General. Bond for Tressler is set at $10,000.
