Undercover drug arrests
Jefferson County Sheriff Jeff Coffey has announced that deputies with his office who are assigned to the Fourth Judicial Drug Task Force made three arrests on Tuesday following an undercover operation. Those charged are Megan LIchlyter, 27, Black Oak Rd., Apt#2, Jefferson City, charged with two counts of the sale and delivery of Schedule III drugs; Clarence John Tittle, 66, Lowery Loop Rd, New Market, four counts sale and delivery of schedule II drugs, and Bonnie Vance, 69, Lakewood Dr., Jefferson City, six counts sale and delivery of schedule III drugs.
