Luci Bryant and her daughter are missing
Cocke County authorities are asking for the assistance of the public in locating a Newport woman and her one year-old daughter. Theresa Bryant told Deputy Dylan Norton this morning that her daughter Luci Bryant, 28 and her one year-old daughter Elle, have not been seen or heard from since Monday. The complainant said she had been receiving "emergency SOS" messages from her daughter but was unable to make contact with her. She says the last location showed Luci Bryant on I-40 westbound near the Cocke/Jefferson County line. The mission woman drives a white 2005 Ford Explorer and attends South College in Knoxville. Luci Bryant is described as a white female, five feet tall, weighing 130 pounds with brown hair and green eyes.
